style(auth): tighten the sign-in field, and stop calling the runtime a worker

The email field sat a little taller than the action below it. Two comments
also described this page as rendering inside a worker, which is not how the
control plane runs; what they were reaching for is that nothing preprocesses
this file, so the design tokens are written out longhand.
