Wanjohi a90a4d8d06 feat(api): a host agent reports why a run ended ...

`POST /session/:id/state` takes an optional `endReason` on the report
that ends a run, from the same list the control plane writes. It is only
meaningful with `ended` or `failed`; sent with any other state it is a
400 naming the field, rather than being silently dropped, because a
reason on a run that is still going means the agent has its states and
reasons out of step.

Leaving it out still ends the run and records no reason, which is what
every host agent already deployed sends.
