Lutz Justen 09cee120b2 [cdc_rsync] Move sockets to common (#95) 
There are no real changes, just moving files around. Sockets will be
used in the future to find available ports in cdc_stream. Therefore,
they need to be in common.

CDC RSync

CDC RSync is a command line tool / library for uploading files to a remote machine in an rsync-like fashion. It quickly skips files with matching timestamp and size, and only transfers deltas for existing files.
